FREE DELIVERY & EXCHANGES POLICY
We offer free standard delivery on all orders throughout Australia. This includes surfboards, accessories, clothing and all items sold on our online store throughout Australia ONLY.
We endeavour to ship your items out asap once ordered, in some cases this may not be possible if purchased on the weekend items will be shipped out next business day. Surfboards will be shipped out next business day unless your surfboard is one of our custom order sizes it will be shipped out once manufacturing is completed which we estimate to be 3-4weeks.
Surfboards are shipped internationally for a flat rate of $150, clothing is also shipped internationally at a flat rate of $20.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival into your chosen country. Any associated duties and taxes by international customs is the responsibility of you the customer.
We are unable to estimate the costs of duty and taxes that may incur on arrival into your chosen country. Any taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of you the customer not WATER PISTOLS SURFBOARDS STUDIO.
Our exchanges (returns) policy lasts 30 days on clothing & accessories ONLY. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Surfboards can be exchanged for a different size in the model you ordered but must be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition free from wax, stickers, deck grip, dings etc. All return freight costs will be on you, the customers expense. If 7 days have gone by since your surfboard purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with your receipt of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for exchange. We do not accept products that aren't accompanied with original tags attached, products that have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by you the customer, surfboards that aren't in original packaging, have had deck grip placed on it, stickers and have been waxed ready to surf.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for exchange emailed to: email@example.com for us to assess, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Postage costs associated with the return of an item for exchange are the responsibility of you the customer.
